This is a product-development draft, not a final legal policy. It must be reviewed and updated before Kivilo launches accounts, payments, AI services, advertising or other backend data processing.
Privacy overview
Kivilo is being developed as a browser-first tools platform. This page explains the current product direction and the information that may be handled when different features become available.
Processing methods can differ between tools. Each tool should clearly explain whether content is handled on the device or through a connected service before processing begins.
Tool input and processing
Available tools may process text, images, settings or other content supplied by the user. The exact input depends on the selected tool.
Kivilo does not claim that every tool uses the same processing method. Tools that require connected providers or server processing will remain disabled until their handling flow is implemented and reviewed.
Browser storage
Some features may use browser storage to remember preferences, tool settings or limited-use allowances on the current device.
Browser storage is separate from a signed-in account. Clearing browser data may remove locally stored preferences, history or usage information.
Accounts and workflow
Account, workflow, saved-result and usage-history interfaces are currently frontend foundations. Authentication and database storage must be connected before these areas can store real account information.
This privacy page will be updated before account registration, saved work, profile storage or synchronised workflow features are enabled publicly.
Connected services
Future features may depend on external services for authentication, AI processing, email delivery, payments, analytics or other platform functions.
Kivilo will identify relevant connected services and update this page before enabling features that send user information outside the browser.
Advertising
Kivilo may introduce relevant advertising in areas that do not interrupt tool inputs, processing controls or result access.
Advertising systems are currently disabled. Their final data handling, consent and preference controls must be documented before activation.
Security and retention
Kivilo aims to collect and retain only information needed for active platform features. Final retention periods will depend on the real authentication, support, payment and connected-service systems used.
No feature should promise permanent storage, permanent deletion or a specific retention period until the supporting backend process has been implemented and tested.
Changes and contact
This draft may change as Kivilo adds or removes tools, accounts, workflow, AI providers, payment systems, advertising or other connected features.
