Kivilo is still under development. Features described as planned, coming soon, frontend ready or unavailable are not part of the currently active service.
Acceptable use
Kivilo tools should be used for lawful, responsible and legitimate digital work.
Users should not use the platform to harm other people, interfere with services, violate intellectual-property rights or process content they are not permitted to use.
Available tools
Only tools displayed as available and enabled should be treated as ready for use. Planned, disabled and coming-soon tools may change or be removed before launch.

Results and user responsibility
Kivilo tools are designed to assist with digital tasks, but results may not always be complete, accurate or suitable for every purpose.
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before copying, downloading, publishing, submitting or relying on them.
Usage limits

Accounts and security
Account registration, profile storage, workflow history and synchronised preferences are not active until secure authentication and database systems are connected.
When accounts become available, users will be responsible for protecting their sign-in details and reporting suspected unauthorised access.
AI and connected services
AI tools remain unavailable until a real provider, secure server routes, validation, limits and result handling are implemented and tested.
Future AI and connected-service outputs may contain mistakes. Users will remain responsible for checking results before using them.
Service availability
Kivilo may update, pause, restrict or remove tools when required for maintenance, security, performance, legal compliance or product development.
Continuous availability, error-free processing and permanent access to every feature cannot be guaranteed.
